Payment Agreement
We provide an easy and convenient way to make payments. Just click the make a payment button on this page and you’ll be taken to a secure page where you can make a credit/debit card or echeck payment.
Forms of Payment
Your legal fees are due and payable [upon receipt of the billing] or by the terms of a payment agreement and may be satisfied with any of the following payment options:
- By the application of funds held in the firm’s trust account for prepayment of fees, which the firm shall be entitled to transfer upon invoicing;
- By paying by paper check* or ACH (automated deduction from client’s designated checking account);
- By credit card or eCheck in person or by accessing the firm’s payment page, provided that client understands that by clicking “Enter Payment” the client agrees to pay the entire payment amount for the bill selected, and authorizes the firm to charge the client’s designated payment method for the payment amount.
- By paying in cash at the offices of the firm, at which time a written receipt will be generated for you.

NOTE: *Check or ACH payments are not deemed paid until our bank has collected and deposited the funds into our account. Additionally, if your bank returns your check for insufficient funds, there’ll be a $50 chargeback fee from our firm and we will cease all legal work until the payment is made by cash or card.
Additionally, client recognizes that they are contractually bound to the lawyer for their entire fee. All fees paid are nonrefundable and must be paid in full. It is further understood and agreed that if client or any third party makes a payment for client such payments through the use of a debit card, credit card, or other electronic means, such payments cannot be revoked or reversed in any manner by the client.
We will apply a convenience fee to all payments made electronically. LARGE PAYMENTS SHOULD BE MADE BY ECHECK TO AVOID LARGE FEES. As always, we appreciate your business.
